Week 32 of 52.

Perfect Timing is a weekly photography project by two friends who met in college, became roommates and have been close ever since. We share a love for languages and travel, and although we're from the same southern state, we now live on different continents, balancing a demanding work life with a private life. We both agree that everything happens for a reason, whether we see these moments as positive or negative at the time, propelling us ahead or slowing us down. We hope you will join us each week, as we share little moments of Perfect Timing with you.

After a very busy week, I finally had a few minutes to myself. I had intended on reading, then decided it would be the perfect time to take a photo. So, I used my few free minutes trying to set up the picture the way I wanted it. ...which I did achieve, but then the time was over. But, hey, do what you love, right? Priorities. :)

I knew from the moment we met that it'd be a lasting friendship. Kindred spirits. It was as if we had always known each other. Like family. My dear friend Madalena of my personal coffee break. When she's not busy running her own company, she is out exploring new places, jogging or enjoying a great cup of joe. I am sure you will adore her as much as I do. Please take a moment to check out her "Perfect Timing" photo from this week: "new digs”.

Thank you Madalena! I was just finishing up Eat, Pray, Love. I only flipped to an earlier chapter for the photo. ;) Now currently reading The Crowd, The Critic, and the Muse: A Book for Creators.
