Week 11/52.

Perfect Timing is a weekly photography project by two friends who met in college, became roommates and have been close ever since. We share a love for languages and travel, and although we're from the same southern state, we now live on different continents, balancing a demanding work life with a private life. We both agree that everything happens for a reason, whether we see these moments as positive or negative at the time, propelling us ahead or slowing us down. We hope you will join us each week, as we share little moments of Perfect Timing with you.

I am grateful to my parents for countless things, but my one of my favorites would have to be a deep fascination for plants, trees and flowers. By sharing their knowledge with me I have developed a strong passion and ability to recognize and appreciate the beauty that surrounds most of us daily.

You know the old saying to "stop and smell the roses"...well don't forget about enjoying the rest of it. :)

I knew from the moment we met that it'd be a lasting friendship. Kindred spirits. It was as if we had always known each other. Like family. My dear friend Madalena of my personal coffee break. When she's not busy running her own company, she is out exploring new places, jogging or enjoying a great cup of joe. I am sure you will adore her as much as I do. Please take a moment to check out her "Perfect Timing" photo from this week: "in the details".
